Architect / Sr. Architect, Interior Design
The Licensed Architect will be responsible for the design and delivery of high-end, ground-up custom residential projects from concept through construction administration. Working within a multidisciplinary studio, this role requires a self-directed architect with strong design judgment, technical proficiency, and project management experience. The Licensed Architect will collaborate closely with clients, engineering consultants, and internal teams to develop coordinated design solutions that integrate architecture, interiors, furnishings and landscape design.
This position supports projects across Nevada, California, Utah, Montana and Colorado and plays an active role in maintaining the firm’s high standards for design quality, documentation, and execution.

- Active professional architecture license in the State of Nevada is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
- Proficiency in Revit for construction documentation and coordination.
- Proficiency in Sketch Up for all design phases and visualization.
- Extensive experience producing exceptionally coordinated construction documents.
- Proven project management experience, including scope, schedule, and consultant coordination.
- Experience leading projects through all phases, from concept through construction administration.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning, and permitting processes.
- Clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal team members.
- Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
