Job SummaryAs a Graphic Designer, you play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and campaigns. You are responsible for producing compelling and innovative creative work across a variety of media — including print, outdoor, digital, and collateral materials — that captures attention and drives engagement. Your strong design sensibility and attention to detail ensure each project is not only visually appealing but also strategically aligned.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
- Design a variety of print and digital materials, independently or under management direction, that align with branding and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with the creative director, creative manager, copywriters, and account executives to deliver clear and compelling creative assets.
- Manage multiple design projects across properties while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all designs and update project statuses using scheduling software.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising or graphic design roles.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety‑conscious work environment.
- Proficient in typography, design layout, and production workflows.
- Working knowledge of advertising and marketing principles.
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Workamajig.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with After Effects preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States.
- Occasionally push/pull up to 35lbs.
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 35lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels.
- Occasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist.
- Frequently sit and work at a desk or computer.
- Occasionally standing and walking.
- Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone.
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person.
- Ability to distinguish between shades of color.
- Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
