Job Captain
The Job Captain will support the role on architectural and interior architectural projects.

Produce complete sets of construction documents
Oversee support staff to ensure work is executed accurately
Coordinate construction documents with specifications indicating design intent
Coordinate with consultants, contractor, and owner
Assist on code research
Support in processing RFI's and submittals
Assist in reviewing shop drawings
Lead project-related meetings and discussions
Provide mentorship and be able to direct work to team members
Execute construction detailing and documentation
Actively participate in company initiatives
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in Revit (recent experience)
Proficient in Model Building Codes & Accessibility Standards
Ability to think critically, communicate clearly and possess the potential to develop management skills
Strong verbal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities, prioritization, organization and follow through
Agility and flexibility. Must be a team player that can handle multiple tasks
Desire to work on all phases of a project through construction completion
Understanding of Bluebeam
Working in both Imperial and Metric
Bachelors of Architecture, Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
5+ years of experience required
