Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architecture Manager you will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects including design, planning, budgeting, and construction. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month including accommodation. Biometric passports are preferred but not required. Women and foreign candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Oversee the design and planning phases of architectural projects
• Create project timelines and budgets and ensure they are adhered to
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
• Review and approve all design documents before submission to clients
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of budgeting processes and ability to keep projects within budget constraints
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, team members, and other stakeholders
• Attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit
