Industrial Architect – Las Vegas

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
• Create detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project based on budget, function and aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations and other relevant standards.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials and labor.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project milestones and address any concerns or changes in scope.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial architecture.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, materials and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Full‑time position based in Las Vegas. Salary: $1100 per month.
