Senior Architect

A prestigious architecture firm in Las Vegas is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of architectural experience and hold a degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Lead the design and development of projects from concept to completion
• Manage and supervise junior architects and interns
• Oversee construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit and other design software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction methods
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
