Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects ensuring that they meet all safety quality and budget requirements. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their goals. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in the field.

Fluency in English is required and experience working with African clients is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about architecture and has a keen eye for detail. • Collaborating with clients to understand their project requirements and objectives
• Developing design concepts and creating detailed plans using computer-aided design software
• Managing project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Mentoring junior architects and providing guidance on complex projects
• Maintaining knowledge of industry trends regulations and best practices

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect preferably with experience working with African clients
• Proficiency in using computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong understanding of building materials construction techniques and building codes
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients contractors and team members
