Senior Architect - Las Vegas, USA

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your expertise in architectural design and project management will be crucial in successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

• Oversee the entire architectural design process from concept development to project completion.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and specifications.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure project delivery within budget constraints.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience working as an Architect.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up or other architectural software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and construction processes.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with a strong eye for design aesthetics.

• Experience with LEED certification or sustainable design practices.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Salary: $1,000 per week, negotiable based on experience.
