Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial projects
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and assess site feasibility for new constructions
• Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs and compliance with building codes
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Oversee construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented accurately

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience).
