Job Captain
Design. Lead. Inspire. Build the Future with NOVUS.
At NOVUS Architecture + Interiors, the 2025 AIA Nevada Architecture Firm of the Year, we believe exceptional design begins with exceptional people.
We are seeking an experienced Job Captain to join our growing Las Vegas studio and play an important role in the design and delivery of meaningful projects throughout the Southwest. As a boutique design practice, NOVUS offers something larger firms often cannot: direct access to firm leadership, meaningful responsibility, a collaborative studio environment, and a genuine opportunity to shape the future of the practice.
At NOVUS, ideas are shared openly, mentorship happens naturally, and everyone has a voice in creating great architecture.
