Senior Architect - Las Vegas

We are a leading architectural firm based in Las Vegas USA and we are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our team As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to all building codes and regulations

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficient in AutoCAD Sketch Up and other related software
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and develop project proposals
• Create detailed drawings blueprints and models using CAD software
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
• Oversee junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts
• Communicate with contractors engineers and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of projects
• Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and materials for incorporation into designs

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $900 per month Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate
