Architect / Sr. Architect, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings ensuring that they meet the specific needs and requirements of clients Your role will involve managing a team of architects and designers as well as coordinating with contractors engineers and other professionals involved in the project
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the building design
- Develop architectural plans blueprints and drawings that meet client specifications
- Review project proposals contracts and budgets to ensure feasibility and profitability
- Oversee the selection of materials equipment and contractors to be used in construction projects
- Monitor progress on construction sites to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Provide guidance on building codes zoning regulations and other legal requirements
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
- Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong understanding of building codes zoning regulations and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating architectural designs
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients contractors and other professionals involved in projects
Salary $1700 per month
Location Las Vegas
