Junior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas As a Junior Commercial Architect you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of commercial projects including office buildings retail spaces and hospitality venues This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of architecture

• Assist in developing design concepts and creating preliminary drawings for commercial projects
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project goals are met
• Conduct research on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
• Prepare detailed construction documents including floor plans elevations and specifications
• Participate in client meetings to present design proposals and gather feedback
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control during construction phase
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs as appropriate

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Sketch Up Adobe Creative Suite and other architectural software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

This is an entry-level position with a salary of $1700 per month

This position is based in Las Vegas

Preference Preference will be given to candidates who are Kenyan nationals or currently residing in Kenya Students or recent graduates without prior experience are welcome to apply Note No English language proficiency is required for this position
