Architectural Coordinator, Quality Control

Quality Control Coordinator, Architectural Located:
Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to support our QA/QC team and multiple residential/hospitality projects. This role focuses on consultant coordination, construction administration, design quality, and ensuring drawings and specifications are accurate and coordinated throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate consultant time, contracts, fees, drawings, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Support Construction Administration, including RFIs, submittals, field bulletins, and design compliance.
• Assist with BIM/model coordination and clash detection across architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Review consultant drawings for consistency, discrepancies, and design gaps.
• Participate in constructability reviews and milestone field visits.
• Identify recurring design issues and help implement solutions to reduce rework, delays, and construction costs.
• Support AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other drawing/document production.
• Assist Project Design Managers and Job Captains with code compliance and constructability throughout design and construction.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, estimating, purchasing, project management, contractors, and other teams.

• 4+ years of residential or hospitality architectural experience within an architecture, homebuilding, or construction environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, building codes, and constructability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage assignments and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Strong design, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
