AboutThe Role
An established architecture firm is seeking a well-rounded Project Manager to join its team. The firm works across a diverse range of projects, including:
- Multi-family residential
- Commercial
- Residential
- Retail
- Mixed-use
- Production homes
- High-end custom homes
- Boutique hospitality projects
The Project Manager will contribute to projects throughout the design through construction administration phases.
Responsibilities- Coordinate project meetings and communications.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
- Prepare and coordinate submissions to applicable authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and building officials.
- Understand client objectives and proactively support project goals.
- Manage project documentation and construction administration activities.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the broader design team.
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and efficiency across project deliverables.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
- Minimum 7 years of Revit experience.
- Minimum 5 years of AutoCAD experience.
- Minimum 7 years of architecture experience.
- Minimum 7 years of construction documentation experience.
- Strong understanding of applicable building codes and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination skills across design teams, consultants, contractors, and building officials.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.
- Ability to manage projects and deliverables within established schedules and budgets.
