This role is part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on delivering efficient, compassionate care and supporting smooth transitions from admission through discharge.

The Pediatric Hospitalist manages a broad range of acute and complex pediatric conditions, provides consultative support as needed, and works closely with nursing, specialists, and care coordination teams to ensure safe, effective care for children and their families.

• Provide direct inpatient care to acutely ill pediatric patients
• Manage medical conditions across a wide range of pediatric diagnoses and comorbidities
• Collaborate with specialists and consult services as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning
• Support continuity of care from admission through discharge
• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Completion of an accredited pediatric residency program
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Nevada medical license or eligibility to obtain
