• Education & Licensing: MD or DO from an accredited school; full, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Training:
  Completion of ACGME/AOA-approved residency in pulmonary/critical care (or equivalent)
• Experience:
  
  Recent practice to maintain proficiency; strong leadership and academic credentials
• Essential
  
  Skills:
  
  English proficiency; ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug tests

• Education Debt Reduction (EDRP):
  Up to $200K over 1 5 years
• Total Compensation:
  Competitive base pay + market pay + annual bonus
• Paid Time Off: 50 55 days annually (26 AL, 13 SL, 11 federal holidays, up to 5 CME days)
