As a Cosmetology Learning Leader, you'll educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in both technical and guest service skills. You'll create engaging, objective-based learning experiences in the clinic classroom, helping students build confidence, professionalism, and a love for the beauty industry. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Educate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills

* Create engaging clinic classroom experiences using Objective-Based Education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers

* Monitor student progress and provide individualized feedback to support growth and development

* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and professionalism

* Support all clinic classroom systems while maintaining school standards and culture

* Collaborate with fellow Learning Leaders and team members to continuously improve education and student outcomes

* Participate in school events, activities, and team-building initiatives to enhance the overall student experience

Skills &

Qualifications:

* Experience instructing at a Cosmetology school

* Current cosmetology and instructor license

* Previous education and salon experience

* Experience with Paul Mitchell products

* Strong organizational, coaching, and communication skills

* Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment

* Solid work history with verifiable references

* Passion for the beauty industry, honesty, and professionalism

* Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems preferred

* Ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with students of diverse backgrounds
