* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university;

* 4 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management and/or a related field.
* 3 years of supervisory experience.
* Master’s degree in education, business administration, marketing or related field.
* 5 or more years’ experience in admissions, enrollment management and/or related field in a community college or open enrollment institution.
* 5 or more years’ supervisory experience.
* Knowledge of best practices in student outreach, college access, and community organization.
* Demonstrated experience engaging people of different cultures, academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
* Experience working with community, public and private agencies.
* Experience working collaboratively with staff and faculty.
* Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills.
* Experience developing measurable outcomes and assessment strategies to formulate data-informed decisions.
* Ability to promote, implement, and continuously improve best practices in outreach services and admissions processing.
* Experience in analyzing recruitment and admissions-related data and assessing initiatives as part of strategic enrollment planning.
* Experience managing a CRM system.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current issues and trends in admissions, student affairs, and community colleges.
* Develop partnerships with key community stakeholders and local high schools.
* Strong computer and technology skills.
* Proficiency in use of a personal computer and current software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Ability to make decisions and take actions independently for a variety of diverse situations.
