* Minimum of 3 years in higher education as a head coach or administrator.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or supplemented by post baccalaureate course work or training in relevant field including but not limited to business, organizational leadership, sports management, student development theory, enrollment practices, and counseling techniques from an accredited College/University OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Master’s degree in education, business, organizational leadership or a related athletic field from an accredited college or university.
* 5 or more years combined in higher education or coaching.
* Minimum three (3) years experience:
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Budget Management Experience
* Athletic Travel Experience
* NCAA or NJCAA Compliance/Eligibility experience
* Sports Conference
* Fundraising & Development experience
* Experience with Workday & People Soft or related SIS software
* Collegiate Head Coaching Experience
* Collegiate Office Management Experience to include budgeting, athletic department operations and sports information Workday, People Soft, Recruiting Databases
