This position requires a
** Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmacy
** from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and an active
** Registered Pharmacist (Rph) license
** in good standing from the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy, and Certificate of Completion of pharmacy-based immunization delivery/ administration training.
* Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm

D) is preferred.
* Three to five years of experience as a licensed pharmacist is preferred.
* Experience in college health or ambulatory/retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
* Experience with pharmacy accreditation is preferred.
* Experience with investigational drug service/trials is preferred.
* One to three years of supervisory experience is preferred.
* One to three years of pharmacy management experience is preferred.
