FLex Academic Assistant Ministry Description
The FLex Academic Assistant plays a key role as an educational leader with Faith Lutheran Online, providing both technical and academic student support. This position is under the guidance of the FLex Director.
Essential Characteristics- Connection to a Christian community

- Demonstrates passion for excellence worthy of Christ: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…” Colossians 3:23
- Exemplifies a Christ-like attitude in both written and verbal communication
- Approachable, with an appropriate balance of high expectations, patience, and mentorship
- A team-player who is willing to listen to the ideas, concerns, and solutions of others
- Knowledgeable and competent in areas of safe school culture necessary to support school’s mission
