* Previous industry or educational program management experience.

* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* High level of initiative and the ability to take personal ownership, going beyond assigned tasks to improve the project Execution.

* Ability to create clear and direct marketing, budgeting, and profit and loss plans and statements.

* Knowledge of the hospitality and/or gaming industry as it relates to current trends in gaming regulation and its competitors.
* Knowledge and expertise using Adobe Suite.
* Knowledge of online meeting software such as Zoom and Webex.
* Knowledge of marketing, survey tools, and databases, including Constant Contact and Qualtrics.
