* Previous industry or educational program management experience.
* Strong attention to detail, coordination of multiple projects, and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* High level of initiative and the ability to take personal ownership, going beyond assigned tasks to improve the project Execution.

* Knowledge of marketing, survey tools, and databases, including Constant Contact and Qualtrics.
