Job Title
Assistant Professor-in-Residence / Undergraduate and Internship Coordinator / Assessment Chair, Communication Studies.
Responsibilities- Develop and instruct undergraduate and graduate courses (traditional and online).
- Lead undergraduate curriculum management and assessment as Undergraduate Coordinator.
- Serve as principal contact for students and businesses seeking internships.
- Lead undergraduate degree program assessments and evaluations, including collecting data from students, faculty, and industry partners.
- Develop and oversee five workforce readiness microcredentials and redesign the M.A. program into an online, professional-oriented graduate degree.
- Ph.D. in Communication or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience (post‑doctoral, teaching, or related).
- Expertise in Instructional Communication, Assessment, Learning, and workforce development/career readiness.
- Experienced or interested in experiential learning and community-based learning practices.
- Secondary expertise in Interpersonal/Family or Mediated Communication is desired.
Ph.D. in Communication or a related field with 1–3 years of experience. Credentials must be obtained prior to the employment start date.
