Business Operations Specialist, College of Urban Affairs (R0151751)
Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day management of scholarship, gift, and grant accounts for five departments and multiple centers.
- Manage all student/faculty travel purchases and reimbursements for the College.
- Provide guidance and oversight of scholarship and gift accounts, ensuring accurate and transparent business operations.
- Collaborate with the UNLV Foundation and Urban Affairs Business Office to support efficient use of funding.
- Prepare management reporting and offer insight to improve funding utilization, aligning with college mission.
- Maintain effective communication and contribute to a positive work environment, demonstrating campus values and Rebel Spirit.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Higher Education Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.
