The Office for Prospective Students at the University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for a Coordinator, Admissions Outreach & Recruitment based in Las Vegas. The Coordinator will represent the University at outreach and recruitment events, engage prospective students and families, provide information about admissions, enrollment pathways, and financial aid, and execute recruitment plans to support enrollment goals.
Responsibilities- Recruit students for Collegiate Academy programs across Nevada and other states.
- Build relationships with prospective students and community partners.
- Coordinate outreach and recruitment events.
- Provide prospective students and families with information on admissions, transfer, enrollment, and financial aid.
- Support the University’s enrollment goals through effective outreach and student engagement.
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of related work experience, or
- Master’s Degree and at least 1 year of related work experience.
- Work experience in higher education, financial aid, or related fields.
- Experience in student recruitment, admissions, outreach, or higher education.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of admissions, enrollment, and financial aid processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience coordinating outreach or recruitment events.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
- Variable work schedule.
- Significant travel required.
- Administrative Faculty – B grade.
