About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional guitar instructor to teach part‑time at Brill Music Academy, our Las Vegas, NV location. We are looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON.

Schedule and Availability

Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability. Our current studio hours are weekdays from 3‑7pm and Saturdays 10am‑3pm. New teachers must be available beginning September 1.

Responsibilities

Teach guitar lessons in person to students of all skill levels. Maintain punctuality, reliable transportation, and a positive learning environment. Assist in student progress assessments and contribute to program quality.

Qualifications
  • Strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
  • Experience working with young musicians.
  • Robust appreciation for punctuality.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a routine background check.
  • Demonstrated love of teaching.
Compensation and Benefits

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $28‑30 per hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all employees after 30 days on the job. Health benefits options are available for all part‑ and full‑time employees at Ensemble.

Brill Music Academy is an independent music school located in the Summerlin neighborhood of Las Vegas, NV. Founded in 1998, we pride ourselves on providing fun, personalized, and professional music education to students of all skill levels in a positive and welcoming environment. We teach voice, piano, violin, guitar, drums, and a handful of other instruments, and maintain an enrollment of over 150 weekly students.
