We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified English Tutor to teach African students in Las Vegas. This is a part‑time position with a salary of $1,200 per month.
Responsibilities- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials for English language instruction
- Provide one‑on‑one or small group tutoring sessions to students
- Assess students' language level and personalize lessons accordingly
- Create a positive learning environment and engage students in interactive activities
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics or a related field
- Native English speaker or advanced proficiency level
- Previous experience teaching or tutoring non‑native English speakers, preferably African students
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different learning needs
- Patient, enthusiastic and passionate about helping others learn
- Visa sponsorship for qualified candidates
