Reporting ToSenior Executive Director of UNLV Global
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage international partnerships by establishing and maintaining relationships with universities, government agencies, and other organizations worldwide.
- Ensure partnership compliance by following all processes in the creation, review, and execution of MOUs and Cooperation Agreements, and collaboratively address risk assessment in partnership activities.
- Facilitate international travel and visits by coordinating campus visits for international delegations and managing UNLV’s international travel processes.
- Develop partnership content for various communication and marketing platforms to highlight successful internationalization and grow the UNLV brand worldwide, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Office of Admissions to recruit international students, explore various visa options, and create strategic recruitment pipelines.
- Build an international alumni network by establishing and maintaining connections with alumni worldwide to promote UNLV.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in international affairs, cross‑cultural communication, education, higher education administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development with oversight of projects.
- At least 1 year of experience in higher education.
- Relevant experience in fundraising, development, academic program management, research development, sponsored programs, international recruitment, admissions leadership, or career services.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
- Ph.D. preferred.
- 5 years of program development experience with oversight of projects, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, and 1–3 years of management experience.
- Experience and leadership in a global engagement office such as study abroad or international partnerships.
- Experience in international higher education administration.
- Experience working with international governments for partnership development and scholarship programs.
- Experience leading delegations internationally for partnership development.
- Experience building alumni chapters abroad.

Salary RangeSalary competitive with similarly situated institutions; position is contingent upon funding.
