Senior Executive Director of UNLV Global

• Develop and manage international partnerships by establishing and maintaining relationships with universities, government agencies, and other organizations worldwide.
• Ensure partnership compliance by following all processes in the creation, review, and execution of MOUs and Cooperation Agreements, and collaboratively address risk assessment in partnership activities.
• Facilitate international travel and visits by coordinating campus visits for international delegations and managing UNLV’s international travel processes.
• Develop partnership content for various communication and marketing platforms to highlight successful internationalization and grow the UNLV brand worldwide, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Collaborate with the Office of Admissions to recruit international students, explore various visa options, and create strategic recruitment pipelines.
• Build an international alumni network by establishing and maintaining connections with alumni worldwide to promote UNLV.

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in international affairs, cross‑cultural communication, education, higher education administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development with oversight of projects.
• At least 1 year of experience in higher education.
• Relevant experience in fundraising, development, academic program management, research development, sponsored programs, international recruitment, admissions leadership, or career services.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

• Ph.D. preferred.
• 5 years of program development experience with oversight of projects, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, and 1–3 years of management experience.
• Experience and leadership in a global engagement office such as study abroad or international partnerships.
• Experience in international higher education administration.
• Experience working with international governments for partnership development and scholarship programs.
• Experience leading delegations internationally for partnership development.
• Experience building alumni chapters abroad.
