Teach graduate courses in higher education policy and related areas, supervise doctoral students, maintain an active research agenda, contribute to department and university initiatives, and participate in service and outreach activities.
Profile of the DepartmentDepartment of Educational Psychology, Leadership, and Higher Education invites a tenure‑eligible Associate Professor in Higher Education Policy. Candidates should have expertise in higher education policy, student affairs, organizational theory, and institutional transformation, with a commitment to equity and inclusion.
Minimum Qualifications- Earned doctorate from a regionally accredited university
- Demonstrated scholarship in higher education or educational leadership
- Faculty experience consistent with a rank of Associate Professor
- Ability to conduct community‑engaged research, secure external funding, and mentor graduate students
- Experience in student affairs or higher education administration preferred
- Earned doctorate in higher education or related field
- National or international reputation as an expert
- Record of research publications
- Excellence in doctoral mentorship
- Excellence in teaching and service
- Collaboration across disciplines
- Experience on dissertation committees
- Proven grant acquisition history
