* Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in any program field that is offered within the School of Business, Hospitality, and Public Services and/or consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position, such as Higher Education Leadership, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, Public Administration or Policy.
* Six (6) years of full-time experience at a higher education institution to include at least two years of full-time teaching experience at the post-secondary education level in a discipline currently offered at CSN within the School of Business, Hospitality and Public Services.
* Three (3) years of experience in an academic leadership and/or supervisory role in higher education.
* Doctorate Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
* Experience working in a multi-site community college.
* Experience with the development, evaluation and expansion of programs and degrees that meet workforce and industry needs and/or lead to seamless transfer.
* Experience with the development, evaluation and expansion of distance education and/or alternative modes of instructional delivery.
* Experience with grant writing and management of grant funds.
* Experience promoting diversity, multiculturalism, equity, inclusion, belonging and internationalism in a community college environment in support of the college’s mission, goals and strategies.
* Experience in student learning outcomes assessment and data-informed program review and assessment, including budget management.
* Experience successfully collaborating with stakeholders in creating a positive work and learning environment in support of the college’s mission, goals and strategies.
* Experience with accreditation processes and requirements in the post-secondary environment.
* Experience working in a collective bargaining environment.

*** Proficiency in use of a personal computer and current software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Expertise in curriculum development and revision, particularly in stackable credentials.

* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
