The YMCA of Southern Nevada is seeking a 21st Century After School Site Coordinator to run our Power Scholars program at a local elementary school in Las Vegas, NV. This full‑time, in‑person role runs 9:30am–6pm and oversees staff, curriculum, and grant compliance to support students and families.
You will collaborate with school partners to meet enrollment goals, monitor attendance and progress, and prepare reports for funders, while ensuring a safe, engaging environment for youth.
