• Has Montessori Certification or Montessori Experience
• Must fulfill the applicant background check required by state licensing.
• Cooperate in a team-oriented setting.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, provide feedback and guidance to parents as needed.
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Provide patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing and positive learning environment.
• Seeks career development opportunities.
• Passionate in cultivating excellence and a lifelong love of learning
• Light cleaning is expected in the classroom environment.
