Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and caring preschool teacher to join The Goddard School located in Las Vegas, NV. This full‑time position requires no nights, weekends, or holiday schedules and offers professional development and CDA tuition reimbursement.

• Plan and deliver classroom instruction that meets the academic and developmental needs of preschool children.
• Assess students’ current academic level and design appropriate instructional strategies.
• Manage classroom behavior, maintain safety, and provide daily supervision of all children.
• Encourage intellectual, psychological, and physical growth of students.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and support staff to support student learning.

• High school graduation or equivalent (e.g., GED). Foreign equivalency is acceptable.
• Current CPR/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification.
• Experience teaching preschool or early childhood education preferred.
• Strong work ethic, personable demeanor, and genuine passion for nurturing young learners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, supportive environment.
