Part-Time Instructor, Microbiology – FY 2027

• Teach transferable, entry-level Microbiology lectures and/or laboratories
• Develop syllabi and course materials as directed by the Lead Faculty Member and/or Lab Coordinator
• Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes

• MS in Biological Sciences or a closely related field from an accredited college or university
• Experience teaching Microbiology lectures
• Ability to use educational technologies such as Learning Management Systems and Power Point
• Ability and willingness to use email for official communications

• BS in Biological Sciences or a closely related field from an accredited college or university
• Experience teaching Microbiology labs or experience in a laboratory situation
• Ability to use educational technologies such as Learning Management Systems and Power Point
• Ability and willingness to use email for official communications

$925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
