CSN is seeking part-time instructors to teach Political Science 101 courses through the CSN Jumpstart Program at a Clark County School District (CCSD) high school.
Core Responsibilities- Prepare lectures and course materials.
- Develop exams, quizzes, and other assessment activities.
- Evaluate student learning and mastery of course outcomes.
- Participate in course and program assessment activities for accreditation and other purposes.
- Applicants must be pre-approved by the social sciences department and the Jumpstart Program before submitting an application in Workday.
- Must have at least a Master's degree in political science from a regionally accredited college or university and at least 18 graduate credits in the subject being taught (from a regionally accredited college or university).
$1,000.00 per class, per semester. Courses/Credits assigned may vary by semester.
