Part Time Instructor, Water/Wastewater Treatment - FY2027 Job Description
Applications will be considered on an as-needed basis determined by course availability.
Responsibilities- Lecture and Lab instruction for Water/Wastewater Treatment courses
- Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes
- Provide advisement to students
- Develop syllabi and course materials
- Some program and/or curriculum development may be requested
- Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested
- 5 Years of Water/Wastewater Treatment experience,
OR - Applied Science degree in Water/Wastewater Treatment from an accredited College/University or equivalent degree
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College/University in Wastewater Treatment or equivalent
- Experience working with a diverse/multicultural student body and/or workforce
- Knowledge of computer classroom technologies
- Knowledge of Canvas or other Learning Management Systems
Water/Wastewater Treatment courses are generally taught at the Henderson Campus, in-person/online and are scheduled during the day, and evenings.
Salary$925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
