Veteran's Affairs – Veterans Education Resource and Transition Services Center
Location:
West Charleston Campus
Work Hours per week: up to 20.0 hours
Hourly Rate of Pay: $14.00
Only students who have completed this year’s FAFSA and accepted the Student Employment Award in their Financial Aid Package are eligible to apply.
Position Summary- Answering and transferring calls using a multi‑line phone system
- Retrieving and responding to voicemails
- Assisting walk‑in students
- Assisting with appointment scheduling
- Participating and assisting in campus events
- Additional duties as assigned
- Friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in diverse multicultural environments
- Ability to follow directions
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Resume/CV
- Proof of Student Employment Award (e.g., CSN Award Notification or screenshot of the accepted award)
