Position: TRAINING MANAGEMENT COURSE DIRECTOR

Training Development Director

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Training Development Director for the FTU courses at Nellis AFB and Creech AFB, responsible for the development, implementation, and management of training concepts, programs, and procedures to meet instructional requirements. Duties:

  • Plans, develops, executes and evaluates a comprehensive range of training programs.
  • Evaluates courses, making adjustments as necessary to curricula, teaching methodologies, schedules, etc., based on internal and external evaluation analysis including graduate and supervisor feedback and input from other instructors.
  • Develops and maintains professional contacts with a variety of levels and organizational elements, Major Commands, Air Staff, DoD, and other government agencies.
  • Manages all programming actions associated with the assigned courses.
