Library Assistant - Las Vegas

We are hiring a Library Assistant to join our team in Las Vegas This position is suitable for individuals who have experience working in a library setting and are looking for a part-time job As an English-speaking library we welcome Indian nationals with their own visas to apply

• Assist patrons with locating and checking out materials
• Answer reference and research questions
• Maintain organization of library materials and shelves
• Process new materials for circulation
• Plan and implement library programs and events
• Oversee the use of computers and technology by patrons
• Collaborate with other staff members to create engaging displays and exhibits

• Previous experience working in a library or similar setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills and ability to assist patrons of all ages
• Knowledge of library systems and procedures is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have valid work visa for USA

This part-time position offers a salary of 1200$ per month
