Part - Time Instructor, Jazz and Modern Dance - FY2027 Job Description
CSN is seeking part-time instructors to teach Jazz and/or Modern Dance courses. Teaching assignments will include courses related todance performance and technique and may include preparing course materials, delivering instruction, and supporting student learningoutcomes.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:- Teach courses offered within the Dance Program.
- Teaching assignments may vary from semester tosemester.
- Deliver instruction in classroom, online, and/or hybridformats.
- Teach at one or more CSN campus locations, as assigned.
- Teach courses scheduled during the day, evening, and/or weekends.
- Teach any Dance Program courses for which the instructor isqualified.
- Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university; or a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with exceptional professional skill and relevant industry experience.
- Previous teaching experience at the college or university levelis preferred but not required.
