Job Description

Under the general direction of the Assistant Director (AD), this position will perform Return to Title IV (R2T4) calculation, Post Withdrawals Disbursements (including reporting students to theNSLDS), adjusting aid, run R2T4 queries, maintain database andreport productivity stats. In collaboration with the Assistant Director and R2T4 Senior Specialist, review and update (as needed) policies and procedures, and consumer education materials,including website, financial aid publications, R2T4 notification sand training manuals to meet federal/state and refund requirements.

Ensure Title IV funds are returned/disbursed within regulatorytimeframe.

The financial aid Advisor works directly with students to and their families to enhance their understanding of responsibilities as afinancial aid recipient. In addition, the advisor will alsocommunicate program eligibility rules to students and familieswhich encompasses scholarships,…
