You’ll be instrumental in crafting robust campaigns, designing scalable account structures, launching impactful ads, meticulously analyzing performance data, and continuously refining strategies to propel the platform forward. Your expertise will directly influence new user acquisition and the overall success of the platform, collaborating closely with Creative, Data & Analytics, Product, and Lifecycle teams to create a cohesive user journey.
- Lead the end-to-end build and management of paid campaigns across a diverse array of platforms including Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, You Tube), Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Linked In, and other emerging channels.
- Develop and implement advanced account structures, including campaign taxonomy, ad‑group logic, audience layers, bidding strategies, naming conventions, and asset organization, ensuring maximum scalability and efficiency.
- Execute daily optimizations across all active accounts, performing precise bid adjustments, negative targeting, audience pruning, budget reallocation, and creative rotation to maintain or surpass target CPA, ROAS, and payback metrics.
- Manage substantial monthly ad spend, demonstrating the strategic discipline to scale investments when performance excels and judiciously pull back when efficiency declines.
- Deploy sophisticated bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Advantage+, PMax, value‑based), adeptly navigating when to leverage automated systems and when to intervene with manual adjustments.
- Act as the primary liaison with ad platform representatives, securing crucial beta access, resolving policy escalations, and swiftly addressing account suspensions.
- Own the full spectrum of event tracking and conversion setup, utilizing tag management systems, analytics platforms, server‑side infrastructure, attribution tools, and platform pixels/APIs.
- Enforce rigorous tracking discipline, ensuring clean URL parameters, accurate conversion events, deduplicated pixels, and a comprehensive measurement plan for every campaign launch.
- Independently analyze performance data, extracting critical insights from dashboards and data warehouses (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to translate metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and CPM into actionable LTV, CAC, payback, and contribution margin for leadership reporting.
