* * The Mission of Hope Christian Prep is to provide a high-quality, early childhood education to the families in our community to connect them to live the life of a Jesus Follower.

A classroom assistant supports the lesson planning teacher with all daily needs from cleaning & disinfecting the classroom to preparing the daily supplies and assisting students. This is a weekday morning, school-year commitment. There is no Summer program.
** DUTIES
* *** AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Understanding of appropriate development for ages 2 through 6
* Read and follow age-appropriate lesson plans daily
* Prep classroom and materials for daily plans
* Follow leadership of the classroom lesson planning teacher
* Assist with proper classroom management as it pertains to behavior, schedule, health, and safety
* Assist with appropriate classroom cleanness and disinfecting
* Communicate clearly with students, classroom teacher and parents
* Obtain Childcare Licensing background check prior to start date
* Obtain First Aid/CPR Certification prior to start date
* Obtain Negative Tuberculin skin test prior to start date
* Secure Nevada Registry Membership within 90 days
* Maintain 24 hours of required CEU Training annually
* Commit to the full school year
* Monitor and respond to Hope Church emails daily
* Thrive in an energetic, positive environment
