Conduct technical assessments of electrical, mechanical, and controls system disruptions.
Perform site inspections and evaluate physical component condition when required.
Translate investigation findings into clear risk statements and corrective actions.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented and validated.
Identify recurring failure patterns across sites, equipment types, or configurations.
Develop clear forensic reports and present findings to technical and operational stakeholders.
Contribute to investigation standards, documentation templates, and knowledge sharing across the fleet.
What We’re Looking ForYou approach failures methodically and rely on evidence, not assumptions.
You communicate complex technical findings in clear, practical language.
You remain objective and disciplined under pressure.
You collaborate across teams to drive corrective action to completion.
You focus on prevention, not just explanation.
You maintain high standards for documentation and technical accuracy.
What You’ll BringRequired
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years of experience in forensic engineering, root cause analysis, or mission‑critical infrastructure environments.
Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical system behavior and failure mechanisms.
Experience analyzing operational data, system logs, and technical evidence.
Experience conducting structured root cause investigations and documenting findings clearly.
Preferred
Experience supporting multi‑site or fleet‑level investigations.
Familiarity with protection systems, controls platforms, and monitoring tools.
Experience working with operations teams, OEMs, or vendor engineering groups.
If you meet most of these qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
