We’re looking for a licensed Civil Engineer who thrives in a hands‑on role—someone who enjoys balancing technical design, field insight, and project leadership. You’ll work on diverse land development projects from concept through construction, with real opportunities to expand your influence and advance your career.
What You’ll Do- Lead and contribute to land development projects from initial planning through final construction
- Develop site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility designs
- Perform field investigations, data collection, and engineering analysis
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders
- Help drive projects forward—on schedule, on budget, and with high-quality outcomes
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Nevada
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience
, with a focus on land development - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage projects across multiple phases
- Solid experience with design, fieldwork, and technical documentation
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
