We’re looking for a licensed Civil Engineer who thrives in a hands‑on role—someone who enjoys balancing technical design, field insight, and project leadership. • Lead and contribute to land development projects from initial planning through final construction
• Develop site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility designs
• Perform field investigations, data collection, and engineering analysis
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project specifications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders
• Help drive projects forward—on schedule, on budget, and with high-quality outcomes

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Nevada
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience
  , with a focus on land development
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus)
• Proven ability to manage projects across multiple phases
• Solid experience with design, fieldwork, and technical documentation
