LDI Mechanical is a Multi-Family HVAC contractor. We have been in business for over 50 years. We continue to grow as one of the nation’s premier Multi-Family HVAC contractors. We have locations in Southern California, Northern California, and Colorado.

We are currently searching for a quality and detail-oriented individual to lead our Estimating department.

• Prepare Estimates for review:
  Download plans – Take off plans – Enter into Estimate program – Create Proposal
• Manage Project Specifics:
  Manage & Track vendor quote requests, job correspondence, timelines
• Submit Project Proposals to Clients:
  Prepare Project Proposals and submit to clients with detailed information pertaining to the specific project;
  Communicate project goals and track communication with clients.
• Manage Estimating Calendar:
  Manage project due dates – Keep estimating team on track for due date
• Assist with Submittal Process:
  Assist Project Management Team with Submittal process and coordinate project budgets
• Contracts:
  Participate in the Contract review process with clients and provide feedback on project scope;
  Assist with the review of Contract Scope to ensure it is project specific and that all items are covered.
• Project Budgets:
  Create and qualify project budgets for the project management team

• Five years of experience of estimating for HVAC (or comparable trade within new construction)
• Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to read blueprint plans
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam
• Able to navigate online Project Management Website (Procore, Autodesk, Plangrid)
• Mid‑Level (5+ Years)
