• Serve as the primary client contact for public works projects across the Las Vegas region.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets across multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project delivery and collaboration.
• Deliver high-quality infrastructure projects for city, county, and state government agencies.
• Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to expand market presence and secure additional project backlog.
• Mentor junior staff while contributing to overall team development and performance improvement.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and risk management expectations.

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited and recognized institution.
• A valid Professional Engineer license required for public works project management roles.
• Demonstrate at least eight years of experience in public works or infrastructure-related projects.
• Exhibit strong leadership and project management skills within engineering environments.
• Show proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a primary project interface.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat software.
