Project or Senior Project Environmental Engineer/Geologist/Scientist – Las Vegas, Nevada

• Independently manage projects and clients.
• Assist in the collection and analysis of data from sampling, reports, maps, drawings, tests, and aerial photographs to evaluate, plan, and permit projects.
• Assist with development of proposals.
• Attend on‑and off‑site client meetings, effectively communicating with clients and regulators.
• Provide technical guidance and/or oversee work performed by lower‑level staff.
• Implement technical requirements to complete client projects by directing and supervising field staff to sample, test, and collect data.
• Evaluate laboratory and field data and assemble in written reports.

• Nevada Certified Environmental Manager (CEM) Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, compliance, assessment, or related environmental services.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
• Familiarity with environmental compliance programs, site assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent verbal, technical writing, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client relationships.

• Professional environmental certifications or registrations applicable to Nevada and neighboring states.
• Experience conducting Property Condition Assessments (PCA), Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and environmental due diligence projects.
• Industrial hygiene experience, including asbestos, lead‑based paint, indoor air quality, or related assessments.
• Familiarity with regulatory programs in Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah.
• Experience preparing technical reports, proposals, and regulatory documentation.
