Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)

Salary Range: $90K - $110K per annum plus benefits. (Actual compensation may vary.)
Job OverviewWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvement and operational efficiency within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on reducing waste, optimizing production workflows, and implementing innovative engineering solutions to enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes through research, data analysis, and implementation of new technologies or automation.
- Develop and refine production methods by analyzing product requirements, testing procedures, and validation techniques.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout.
- Analyze production, labor, and material costs to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing operational data and trends.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Support design and development activities, including prototyping and process improvements.
- Utilize 2D/3D CAD tools for design, tooling, and fixture development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance training, safety, and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 3–8 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with experience in root‑cause analysis.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools (e.g., Solid Works) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Technical expertise in manufacturing processes.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Initiative and continuous improvement mindset.
